That lovely looking stove or fire that you can’t wait to light may not be all it seems. Every year we save new buyers many thousands of pounds by inspecting the appliance and flue (this is in addition to and more detailed than a surveyors report). We identify unsafe installations and defective flues before you agree the purchase price and give you an estimate of putting the problems right allowing you the ability to negotiate the price.
